2 side options, heavy duty disposable plates, dinnerware, napkins, sauces and condiments. On location cooking & all equipment needed, buffet setup, packaging of left overs is also included. Please provide two-8 foot table for buffet.

20% gratuity. 

Travel charge will be added for events outside our area. 

Prices are based on 100 or more guests.

You must provide a heat source for holding meat at a safe temperature.
