Client Information:
* We prepare all menu packages on location of your choice. Please check with your location (hall, State/Metro Park, etc) for all/any needed permits and insurance information.
* $100.00 deposit is required to secure your event date. (non-refundable)
* Menu prices are subject to change without notice due to current market trends.
* 50% deposit is required (2) weeks before your event date with menu selection and guest count.
* Final guest count is required (1) week before your event date.
* 20% gratuity will be added to your total. (Does not apply to pig roasting)
* A fuel charge of $.75 per mile will be added.
* A lodging fee maybe added to your bill for out of town locations. (This will be determined by your menu selection, event time and location)
* Events less than $1,500.00 total must be paid in full (1) week before your event date.
* Pig only option must be paid in full (1) week before your event date. Please allow for price adjustment with final pig weight when it is picked up from the market. You will be notified the day before your event if there is a adjusted balance due.
* Balance is due the day of your party for events greater than $1,500.00 ($100.00 saved dated deducted)
* Payments can be in cash, personal check or company check.
* We require all company checks be paid in full (2) weeks before your event date with your final menu selection and quest count.

* Return checks will be charged an additional $50.00 service fee.
* You must provide (2) 8-foot tables on a level ground for buffet line set up with your choice of table covering. Tables are not needed for clambakes or pig only menu selections.
* Normal buffet duration is (2) hours.
* All leftover food items will be wrapped in disposable pans.
* Olen's Barbecue & Seafood catering shall not be held liable for any leftover food items.
* Trash cans must be provided.
* A water source and drainage for filling and emptying our equipment must be provided.
* A source for electric must be available.
* Restrooms must be provided for all staff.
* Sufficient level, work area must be provided. ( Approx. 20'x20') and safe, clear access to our trucks & trailers. Please note we must have adequate over head and turn around clearance for trucks and trailers.
* Olen's Barbecue and Seafood catering cooks rain or shine and even in the snow. Please provide shelter for you quests and buffet line in case of inclement weather. We provide tents for our staff and work area.
* Ether party may be excused from performing its obligation due to acts of God, War, Government Regulations, Civil Disorder or other emergencies making it illegal and / or impossible to hold your event.
